First heard your song during a road trip from RI to TX back in March during an early morning drive and it got us hooked. I got my phone out to ID the song and emailed myself the info so I could find the album and bought it off iTunes as soon as I could.

When I started raising money for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention I emailed several artists like yourself and you were the only one to respond. Not only did you respond to my email you posted a blog on your MySpace and on top of that you donated. I am forever thankful for that and it made me so much more of a fan than I already was. Not only do I praise your music, I praise you as a person to everyone that I talk to.

When I found out you were going to be in Boston there was no way I was going to miss out on supporting an artist that supported me. My tickets will be waiting for me and my husband at Great Scott when we get there. THEN you post you are doing a Meet&Greet!!! Of course I will be there!!! I look forward to meeting you and seeing you sing live.

I wish you soooo much luck!!! Much respect to you Lenka!!!!

Any similar pre-show plans for the DC show?

Hi there! We live in Arlington, VA - just over the river from DC - and were hoping that next week's 11/10 show was earlier so that our four year old LENKA could come and meet the famous Lenka... Our Lenka's birthday is actually on 11/11! (But a late night show for a four year old is not such a great idea...)

About a year ago we discovered Lenka and our Lenka and her brothers love the CD! ("Trouble" is actually their favorite song.) Our Lenka spends many hours watching videos on your website; the paper cutout videos are awesome. The groovy Lenka Owl T-shirt we ordered as a birthday present just arrived and we're sure Lenka will love it.

If there is any pre-show event where we could bring our Lenka to meet the famous Lenka it would be really great. She's your biggest fan! Or if there are any posters or the like it would be great.
